Weights:
Hampers: Prices are based on hamper contents. Each pack contains two standard serves (roasts additional). Weights are a guide, but we try to get them as close to the indicative weight as possible. Each hamper is priced at a flat rate for all the contents, these rates vary between hampers. Hamper prices are reviewed monthly.
Retail packs: cuts of beef are not an exact science. Where a weight is specified, we will try to get as close to the amount as stated. Please allow a 15% tolerance for this.
