Refund Policy

If your items do not arrive in good order please contact Whitfield Estate by phone or e-mail as soon as possible and goods will be replaced or monies refunded.

In some instances Whitfield Estate may ask the goods be returned in which case postage will be paid by Whitfield Estate.

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, if you change your mind about a product Whitfield Estate will not refund monies or swap products except under special circumstances.
