Having had an interest in chocolate making for some years, Kelly took this a step further and attended an intensive training course in Melbourne. A greater understanding of the science of chocolate allowed her more creativity and diversity in the products produced.
Upon returning, Kelly embarked on developing a vast assortment of styles and flavours which friends and family were obliged to try… The best of these are now in bags on our shelves.
Pawprint Chocolate uses good quality Australian-made chocolate as a base and then adds fresh quality ingredients. We do not add any artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or additives to the Pawprint range. There are over 20 flavours… and growing. Check the on-line store for the current range of flavours.
