Dellendale Creamery Cheese
Dellendale Creamery cheeses are unique, boutique and handmade here in Denmark. The ‘Picnic Platter’ and the ‘3 cheese-board’ available at the cafe offers a selection of current cheese stocks from Dellendale for you to enjoy. If you prefer to share with family and friends packaged cheeses are available for purchase either at the café or via mail-order during the cooler months, please see the online shop for details.

All cheese needs time to ripen and after years of maturing, in early 2010 Dellendale Creamery commenced production of a diverse range of cheeses here in Denmark.
Having grown up on the family dairy farm in the valley near Mt Lindesay, where my modern cheese factory is now located, I chose to set off and work in the boutique creameries of the Swiss Alps where I achieved my Diploma of Cheese Technology.
Depicted in my logo are cream-cans left by farmers at their front gate for pick-up by the local creamery, a scene typical for school kids on the bus pre 1980s and myself.
Milk is now purchased from my neighbouring third generation dairy farmer, a mere four kilometres from Dellendale. All of my cheeses are hand-made and use non-GM rennet. Please enjoy the traditional Swiss influence and subtle aromas and flavours in my range of cheeses.
Dellendale Creamery is not open for public viewing or sales, however products can be purchased at selected outlets or taste and purchase the full Dellendale Creamery range with the friendly team at Whitfield Estate.
